Returns on full-price items will be accepted within 14 days after the order is placed. 

 

If you would like to request a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number. Once you have submitted your request, a return authorization and DHL shipping label will be sent to you within 48 hours with return instructions.

 

Please do not ship your return back without this authorization, as it will not be processed. LA LOUNE reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

 

The return must be shipped/post marked within the 14 days after the order date. If the order is shipped after the allowed period it will no longer qualify for a refund and a store credit will be issued instead.

 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If you need to make a change to your shipping address,please email us at [email protected] We can change the address as long as the package has not left our warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. 

 

Conditions for Return and Exchange of Products Made to Order;

  • Some products on sale on our website are produced to order, therefore returns are not accepted. Information about products produced to order is stated on the product detail page.
  • - You can make a one-time size change within 7 business days from the date you receive the product.
  • - Before sending the products you want to exchange to us, you must request an exchange by sending an e-mail to [email protected]
  • Your change request will be answered via e-mail. Our DHL customer code, which you need to be able to deliver the product to be exchanged, will be sent to you.
  • - The products you want to exchange must be delivered to us within 10 days from the date of approval, complete with their original box, packaging, all standard accessories and invoice.
  • - The products must be delivered to us via DHL company with the help of the return code. Shipping costs for orders sent by courier without obtaining a return code are paid by our customers.
